Booking Terms and Conditions Cotswold’s Writing Retreat 19-22nd September 2025
Confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a retreat deposit of £800.00 This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance of £1000.00 is payable eight weeks before the retreat start date.
Fees: Please note this is an all-inclusive package to include everything except alcohol. There will be a drink’s reception on the first evening and alcohol will be provided. However, if you are wishing to drink alcohol during the retreat, you may bring your own with you. All-inclusive means meals, hot and cold drinks, snacks and fresh fruit and confectionary.
Transferring your place: If you find you cannot attend the retreat you may transfer your place to someone else, but this must be done by you, and you must inform us of the name of the person taking your place. If you find for whatever reason you cannot attend if you give us at least two months’ notice, we can try to resell you place but there are no guarantees . If we cannot resell the place, then the full fee will be non-refundable.
Cancellation by us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, the full fee and deposit will be refunded to you by us.
Participation: We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere. We cherish respect for each other, for the property and the natural surroundings that make this retreat special.
